Your PBgifs are yours.
By using PBgif you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where they differ, these terms win for PBgif. PBgif is made by Chad Braithwaite ("we").
Who can use it
You need to be 13 or older to use PBgif. If you're under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's okay.
Your photos and PBgifs
You own the photos, videos and words you use, and the PBgifs you make. We don't get any rights to them, and we never see them.
Play nice
Only use photos and videos you have the right to use, and be kind to the people in them. Don't use PBgif to make anything illegal, hateful, harassing or that breaks someone else's rights. You're responsible for what you make and send.
Our part
The PBgif name, logo, look, recipes and app belong to Chad Braithwaite. You may use the app for yourself; please don't copy, resell or take it apart.

PBgif is free to use. The paid version unlocks extras such as the Kitchen, My recipes, more speeds, longer PBgifs, no ads and no slice badge. Free users can try paid features in the preview; making them needs the paid version.
- Buying. Through Apple, at the price shown in the App Store. Apple handles payment and refunds under its own terms.
- One-time purchase. Today the paid version is a one-time purchase, yours to keep with your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions. We may also offer paid features as a subscription. A subscription renews automatically through your Apple ID at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings, at least 24 hours before it renews; you keep paid features until the period ends.
- Restoring. A purchase made with your Apple ID can be restored on your other devices.
- Changes. We may add, change or remove features over time, free or paid, and change how paid features are sold (one-time purchase or subscription).
The small print.
No promises beyond the app itself
PBgif is provided "as is." We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or fit for every purpose. Keep your own copies of photos you care about.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Chad Braithwaite isn't liable for indirect or accidental losses from using PBgif. Our total responsibility is limited to what you paid for PBgif in the last 12 months.
Apple
These terms are between you and Chad Braithwaite, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for PBgif or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as a third party.
Changes and the law
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using PBgif after that means you accept them. These terms follow the laws of Utah, USA, and any dispute about them or about PBgif goes to the state or federal courts in Utah. If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.
